• Phone and E-Mail System: The council's newly installed phone, voice, and e-mail systems allow individuals to contact professionals and support staff directly. Click here for a list of individual office phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

• Scout Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. Closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

• Directions: Take I-12 and exit Airline North. Go to the second stoplight, turn left onto Commonwealth, then proceed to the stop sign and turn left again.  As the road curves to the right, the Pennington Service Center is the second two story building on the left.  Click here for a map of where the Pennington Service Center is located.

• The Pennington Service Center handles all of the accounting, printing, and administrative needs of the council.  In addition, the Service Center also maintains computerized records on registration, advancement, participation, and mailing lists.

• The newly remodeled Claude B. Pennington, Jr. Scout Shop carries uniforms, camping equipment, scout literature, badges, and recognition items, as well as training videos, permits, forms, and other resource materials for volunteers.
