2. Buddy System
3. Stay away from high volume intersections
4. Be visible
5. Wear identifying clothing.
6. Avoid medical waste and sharp objects
7. Obey traffic laws
8. Stay within boundaries of designated areas
9. As with any scouting event be prepared for weather, sun, insects and hydration
10. Review all safety rules, unit guidelines and plans with Scouts in your unit.
